Enjoyed great breakfasts.
The rooms were comfortable and beautiful with a flat-screen television, a dining area and a sitting area. This location was brilliant, not far from the theatre, which was excellent, and Bosham, Emsworth and Chichester.

Large double room distinctly spacious, providing ample room for relaxation during the two-night stay.
Noise from outside could occasionally disrupt the calm. Bathroom facilities felt a bit cramped. Decor needs a bit of an update.

The large double room was spacious, nice for a comfortable two-night stay. Enjoyed the delicious hamburgers served during our meals, a highlight of our visit. The overall decor could use a refresh, and the bathroom facilities felt a bit cramped. Noise from outside occasionally disrupted the peace of the stay, a minor setback.

The large double room offered ample space. A culinary highlight was the delicious takeaway Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that provided a satisfying start to each day. The bathroom facilities felt slightly cramped, and occasional noise from outside disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. A pleasant experience with a couple of minor setbacks.
