The rooms were comfortable and beautiful with a flat-screen television, a dining area and a sitting area. This location was brilliant, not far from the theatre, which was excellent, and Bosham, Emsworth and Chichester.

Staff were lovely. My double room was beautiful with a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a TV set.

Great location for exploring the area. Clean room with a comfy bed. Helpful host with great local tips. Breakfast had a good variety, even for vegetarians. Discount at the nearby pub.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety to cater to all dietary needs. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great Easter break in West Sussex! The location was excellent, especially for a trip to nearby Chichester. We also found plenty of parking, which was a relief. The rooms were beautifully decorated and intensely clean, and we enjoyed homemade biscuits and tea in our own sitting room. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The location of Saddlers B&B is fantastic for exploring Funtington and the surrounding areas. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the rooms are luxurious. Plus, it's just a 10-minute drive from the Racton Monument.

My recent stay at Saddlers was absolutely delightful. The house and garden were stunning, and my room was luxuriously appointed with incredible attention to detail. The host, Milly, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast, made with fresh fruits from the garden and locally sourced products, was a delicious start to each day. I can't wait to revisit this wonderful B&B. I highly recommend staying at Saddlers for a truly exceptional experience.

The room was clean and comfy with fluffy pillows and soft sheets. The breakfast was satisfying and gave us a good start for the day. the location was convenient for accessing local attractions and shops. We appreciated the free parking offered by the hotel.

Although the room was comfortable, the decor was outdated and could have been improved. The hotel lacked amenities such as a pool or fitness center and the staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to our requests.
